applicable legal provisions, concluded agreements, and your consent.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"2905\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1837\"><strong data-start=\"3361\" data-end=\"3378\">Donation Data<\/strong>: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Personal data provided when making a donation through the website or applications provided on the website are processed solely for the purpose of executing the donation and concluding the donation agreement, as well as fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3561\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3561\"><strong data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3481\">Data Retention<\/strong>: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable laws.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li right to obtain a copy of the data;<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3756\" data-end=\"3841\">b) <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Right to request rectification (correction) of personal data\u2014if the data is incorrect or incomplete;<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3846\" data-end=\"3931\">c) <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Right to request erasure of personal data (the so-called &#8220;right to be withdrawn consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal ground for the processing;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4236\" data-end=\"4286\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4238\" data-end=\"4286\">the personal data has been unlawfully processed;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4294\" data-end=\"4363\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4296\" data-end=\"4363\">the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4368\" data-end=\"4453\">d) <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Right to request restriction of processing of personal data in cases where:<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4969\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4509\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4463\" data-end=\"4509\">you contest the accuracy of the personal data;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"4642\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4519\" data-end=\"4642\">the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4650\" data-end=\"4818\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4652\" data-end=\"4818\">the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4826\" data-end=\"4969\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4828\" data-end=\"4969\">you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4974\" data-end=\"5059\">e) <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Right to data portability\u2014if the following conditions are met:<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"5067\" data-end=\"5180\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5067\" data-end=\"5121\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5069\" data-end=\"5121\">the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5707\" data-end=\"5819\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5710\" data-end=\"5819\"><strong data-start=\"5710\" data-end=\"5735\">Withdrawal of Consent<\/strong>: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">If the processing of personal data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
